Dear God, Contentment in all circumstances is something I have to strive to maintain. Rejoicing feels easy when my belly is full, my health is strong, and my loved ones are near. But whenI face rejection, loss, or uncertainty — when I feel forsaken—trusting You becomes a challenge. Thank You for Paul’s words, which remind us that You hold every outcome in Your hands. In those seasons of want, which can sometimes last for years, help us trust Your promise to supply all our needs according to Your riches in glory through Christ Jesus. And let us give You the glory, forever and ever, for You have already provided all we need. Amen.
